PMOC was created in response to the ever busier world we live in. We depend more and more on our vehicles, but often find it difficult to maintain them properly. Traditionally maintenance can only be performed on personal vehicles during the owner's personal time and business vehicles have had to be maintained during the times when they should be earning money for their owners. Ironically both of these vehicle types spend much of their life sitting in parking lots. Why not have them maintained at that time?
